Combland House, formerly listed as Coomblands, is a 17th-century building located on Marringdean Road in Billingshurst. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The structure is constructed from Wealden Sandstone and Billingshurst Sandstone, with red brick dressing. It has a hipped tiled roof and casement windows.
