Oak Cottage is a small cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber frame that has been refronted with flints, red brick, and stone quoins, although the timbering with plaster infilling is still visible on the north wall. The cottage has a thatched roof and casement windows, and it stands two storeys tall with two windows.
