Description

The Towers Convent is a late 19th-century building designed in the style of a French chateau. It features two main fronts that form an L shape, with circular turrets topped by conical roofs on either side. The building has two storeys and an attic, and is faced with cement that is scored to imitate stone. The hipped slate roof complements the design.

On the north-west front, there are five pointed sash windows and three dormers, along with a castellated parapet that includes machicolation. A pointed doorway leads into a recessed porch, and the turrets have slit windows. The south-west front has five ordinary sash windows and four dormers, along with a large plain wing to the east and a single-storeyed chapel wing to the north.
