Description

Griggs is an 18th century or earlier house that has been altered. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The ground floor is made of coursed sandstone with red brick dressings and quoins, while the upper floor is tile-hung, with a bellcast that extends down to form a verandah. There is an eaves cornice and a Horsham slab roof. The windows are casement style, and there is a 19th century gabled porch.
