Description

Slinfold Manor is a late 18th-century mansion, originally known as Hay’s House. The building comprises a central three-story section with three windows, flanked by two slightly projecting wings of lower elevation, each with two stories and one window. The facade is rendered in cement. A stringcourse runs above the first floor of the central portion, surmounted by a cornice and a high balustrade. The central section features two bays of three windows each on the ground floor, with balustraded parapets above. A wide porch is present, featuring pairs of twin Ionic columns and a similar parapet. The original glazing bars are intact. Balustrades are located on either side of the porch on the ground floor.
