Courtland's Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed house featuring plaster infilling and diagonal braces on the first floor. The ground floor has been rebuilt in painted brick. It has a tiled roof with a pentice at the back and includes casement windows. The building stands two storeys high and has four windows.
