Canons is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building, with the timber framing still visible in the east wall, while the rest of the exterior has been refaced with stucco. It features a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and has casement windows. The building is one storey high with an attic, and it includes two windows along with three gabled dormers.
