Description

New Inn Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier building that has been refronted with red brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above, although some timber framing remains visible at the back. The farmhouse features a tiled roof and casement windows. It has two storeys and four windows. Originally functioning as an inn, it was frequently used for smuggling goods transported via the nearby River Adur.
