Description
Lancasters is an L-shaped house. The north wing dates from the 17th century or earlier and is timber-framed with red brick infilling, although the ground floor has been rebuilt in brick. It has casement windows and two storeys, displaying three windows. The east wing was built in the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick, with two storeys and four windows. The sash windows of the east wing retain their original glazing bars. A doorway is topped by a rectangular fanlight and a flat hood supported by brackets. Both wings are covered by a tiled roof.
