Description

Brookhill House is a Tudor Gothic house dating from around 1830, situated on the Cowfold Horsham Road. The main part of the house has six windows and is constructed of ashlar, with a modillion eaves cornice and a slate roof. Decorative finials are present on the gable end and at the roof apex. The windows are sash windows with dripstones and intact glazing bars. A projecting three-window section is located at the north end, featuring a gable with similar finials. To the north of this is a lower service wing with three windows.
