Description

The Parish Church of St Peter is a Grade II* listed building located on Church Lane in Upper Beeding. The church features a chancel, nave with a south aisle and porch, and a west tower. The nave and tower date back to the 14th century and include some stones that were preserved from the priory established by William de Braose in 1075. The chancel was rebuilt in the 19th century. Additionally, the south aisle and porch were added in 1852 during a restoration of the church.
