Description

The Old Vicarage is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has been restored, refaced, and enlarged in the 19th century. The only visible piece of original work on the exterior is a small section of framing with painted brick infilling on the ground floor of the north front. The rest of the house has been refaced with painted brick on the ground floor and fishscale tiles above. It features a tiled roof and casement windows. The north front includes a gable with scalloped bargeboards at the east end and two gabled dormers. The building has two storeys and three windows. At the west end, there is a 19th century addition that has one window-bay and a large gable above.
