L-shaped building of 1840 circa. Two storeys. Three windows. Faced with cobbles with red brick dressings and quoins. South wing has slate roof, Rest wing tiled. Glazing bars intact. Gable end with finial to south wing. Ground floor of west wing built out and glazed.
