Description

The Quay House is an 18th-century building located on the northeast side of Sidlesham Mill Lane. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is finished in stucco, and it has a hipped slate roof. The windows have been replaced with modern casement windows, and there is a modern timbered porch at the entrance.
