Description

Accold’s Farmhouse is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed building. The original construction incorporated a base of Wealden sandstone rubble, with plaster infilling the timber frame. The ground floor was later refronted with painted brick, while the upper portion was covered with tile hanging. A half-hipped gable is present at the west end. The farmhouse has a tiled roof and casement windows.
