Description

Ivy House is an 18th-century building located on the south side of West Street in Selsey. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The structure is made of red brick and has a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled. On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has modern casement windows. The entrance includes a doorway adorned with fluted pilasters and a pediment above.
