Dated 1796. Tall house of 3 storeys. Three windows. Red brick. Centre window bay projects slightly. Modillion cornice and parapet. Small pediment in parapet over the central projection. Tiled roof. Glazing bars intact. Doorway with Doric pilasters, moulded frieze and pediment over.
