Description

Halsey Cottage is a farmhouse dated 1711, constructed of red brick with a plinth and platband. It features a plain tiled roof with an end stack and a catslide outshut at the rear. The building has two storeys and a slightly irregular three-window front. The outer bays on the ground floor have three-light casements with segment heads, while there is a two-light casement on the first floor to the left of the centre. The centre features a half-glazed door in a segment-headed surround, with a small window to the right of the door. Above and to the right of the door is a datestone.
