Description
Nos 113 and 114 on St Pancras are early 19th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall and feature three windows. They are constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers. The design includes two hipped gables, with the wider gable on the east side containing two window bays. A cornice with modillions adorns the top of the buildings.
No 113 has been modernized, featuring modern three-sided canted bays on the first floor and modern three-light canted windows elsewhere. The ground floor has a garage entrance and doorway, both set within a modern fluted frame topped with a cornice. In contrast, No 114 retains sash windows set in segmental arches and a round-headed doorway that has a blocked fanlight.
Nos 113 to 118 form a cohesive group.
