Originally probably the farmhouse of Lumbey Farm. Early C19. Two storeys. Red brick. Eaves bracket cornice. Hipped slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Doorway in moulded architrave surround. Verandah on ground floor with iron columns and glass roof, probably of later date.
