Description

Homelands is a building that was likely the farmhouse of Lumbey Farm, dating from the early 19th century. It is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick. The building features an eaves bracket cornice and a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a doorway framed by a moulded architrave surround. On the ground floor, there is a verandah supported by iron columns and topped with a glass roof, which is probably of a later date.
