Description
Nos 12 to 14 on St Pancras date from the 18th to early 19th century. They are two storeys tall with an attic and have a much higher frontage compared to Nos 10 and 11. The buildings feature a steeply pitched red tiled gabled roof, with one dormer window above No 13. Each property has one window bay; Nos 12 and 13 are rendered, while No 14 is stuccoed. The sash windows are set in flat arches, with flush boxes for Nos 12 and 13, and the windows in No 14 are in reveals and retain their glazing bars. No 14 also has a 19th-century shop front, which includes a three-sided canted oriel bay with intact glazing bars, a fascia above that extends over the doorway, and a rectangular fanlight. The door to No 14 has a glazed upper part. Nos 4 to 15 and 15A form a group.
