Description

Aldingbourne Lodge is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high. It features six windows on the north side and two on the east. The exterior is stuccoed, with the ground floor having a rusticated finish and a stringcourse running along. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The glazing bars are intact. The original doorway is centrally located on the north front and has a semi-circular fanlight above it. On the east front, there is another doorway, which is likely older and was brought from another location, featuring a flat hood supported by carved brackets.
