Description

East Kingston Farmhouse consists of two parallel ranges. The west range dates from the 18th century and is two storeys high with three windows. It is faced with flint cobbles featuring long and short dressings, along with red brick quoins. This range has two projecting bays that are tile-hung and a mansarded tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact. There is a round-headed doorway accessed by five steps with an iron handrail, which features a doorway with a semi-circular fanlight and a later porch built over it. The east range is from the early 19th century, constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers, and has a wooden porch.
