The dovecote at Bailiffscourt, located in a field to the northeast of the hotel, is an 18th-century structure that was brought from another location and re-erected on site. This octagonal building is faced with cobbles and features red brick dressings and quoins. It has a polygonal tiled roof topped with a cupola at the apex, which serves as the entrance for the birds.
