Description

Nyetimber Forge is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high. It features two windows and one window-space, constructed from coursed ironstone with red brick dressings, quoins, a flush stringcourse, and an eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles, and the glazing bars remain intact. The doorway has a sloping hood supported by brackets and contains a six-panel door. To the southwest is the original forge, which has been converted into a separate dwelling but has been modernised to the extent that it is not eligible for listing.
