Description
The wall enclosing the garden to the west of the Old Vicarage is likely from the 18th to 19th century. It is constructed of brick and ragstone rubble, incorporating some older masonry in places. On the west side, the wall borders a narrow alley that leads to the allotment gardens and water meadows. There is a blocked segmental headed archway at the south end. This wall is part of a group of listed buildings in the area, which includes Vicarage Lane, Churchyard, Church Passage, Upper Church Lane, and Middle Church Lane.
