Description

West Street House, located at No 16 on the south side of West Street, is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The front is covered with white-painted weatherboarding, while there is a stuccoed addition to the east. It has a cornice and a parapet, and the roof is tiled. Notably, there are two unusual five-sided bays on both floors, and the glazing bars remain intact. The entrance is accessed by three steps and is framed by Ionic columns and a pediment. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 9 to 16A.
