Description

The pigsties at Temple Barns date from the 19th century and are constructed with brick walls and iron railings at the front. They consist of a rectangular arrangement of four sties, with the rear enclosed by an old garden wall. The structure is single storey and features round coping on a 4-foot high brick wall to the right, with additional dividing walls on the left and right. The sties at the rear are covered by a hipped roof, and there are gates on both the left and right sides. These pigsties are included for their group value.
