Description

This is a chest tomb dating from 1751, located approximately 5 metres north of the Church of St John the Evangelist. The tomb features a moulded stone plinth at the base, with incised and panelled sides. The corners have set back piers that are adorned with acanthus leaf sockets. The lid is flat and darker in colour, with a moulded lip and remnants of a railed surround.
