Description
Fitznells Manor is a building that dates from the 17th century, with significant alterations made in the early 19th century, particularly in the southern part. It is a two-storey structure finished in colourwashed cement, featuring raised bands at the centre, corners, and floor level. The façade includes two sash windows with jalousies, plain eaves, and a hipped slate roof. There is an earlier wing to the north with various windows and a slate roof. The entrance front resembles the main façade but lacks a verandah and has three old roughcast gables to the north. Fitznells Manor is notable for being the last surviving manor house in Epsom and Ewell.
