Description
The horse's tomb, located a few yards east of the ride leading south from The Durdans on Chalk Lane in Epsom, dates back to the 19th century. It features a stone slab that is surrounded by ornamental iron railings. The slab is incised with the name of the horse, Amato, who was the winner of the 1838 Derby.
