Description

Radcot Bridge is a bridge built in the mid-to-late 18th century, with some minor later alterations. It features ashlar-faced limestone rubble, which is roughly and regularly coursed and dressed, along with coping on the abutments. The bridge has a single elliptical arch with a parapet that slightly rises to the center and has angled breaks on each side. There is a long ramped approach leading to the north-east. The bridge spans the River Thames, which follows two courses at this location.
