Description

This chest tomb, located approximately 1 metre south of the chancel of the Church of St. Matthew, dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is made of limestone and features a rectangular shape with a stepped moulded plinth, capping, and a stepped top. At the time of the last survey in July 1987, the tomb was largely covered in ivy.
