Description

No. 70 Vineyard is a late 18th century building. The upper storey is rendered while the ground floor is made of brick, featuring a rendered plinth. It has a tile roof and stands two storeys high, with a cornice separating the storeys. The building has one window on the upper floor, which has a flush frame and a double hung sash with later glazing bars. The ground floor window also includes glazing bars. The entrance features a four-panel door set within a wooden architrave, topped by a plain wooden hood. No. 70 is part of a group that includes Nos. 70 to 74 (even), the Hospital of St John, and Nos. 86, 90A, and 90.
