Description
Dunraven House is an earlier 18th century house constructed from rubble stone and stucco. It is two stories high with an attic and features a hipped plain tile roof, including one hipped dormer. The gable end facing the street is stuccoed and has angle quoins and moulded wood eaves. The house has a two-window range, with two large early 18th century sash windows on the first floor that have thick glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern window that shows evidence of a central mullion in the sill. There is a 19th century door with panelled sides, and a large lean-to structure against the east wall. The south gable is half-hipped. Historical records suggest the house dates from around 1735.
