Description

The icehouse located approximately 150 meters north of Waterperry House is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick and limestone rubble. Inside, there is a brick-vaulted tunnel with brick and rubble walls that leads into a chamber beneath a very large mound. The interior of the chamber has not been inspected.
