This property comprises a house and an attached house, likely dating from the early 18th century with alterations in the 19th century. The main house is constructed of painted flint with brick dressings, and has an old plain-tile roof with a brick ridge stack on the right side. It is two storeys and an attic, with a three-window front. A part-glazed door is located on the left, alongside a central six-panel part-glazed door with a flat hood supported by brackets. A 19th-century eight-pane shop window sits to the left of the centre, and an angled bay window with a 12-pane sash is situated to the right of the centre. A brick band runs between the ground and first floors. The first floor contains two four-pane sashes on the left and centre, and a 12-pane sash on the right. There are two gabled dormers in the roof. The interior has not been inspected. The attached house to the right is of painted brick with a plain-tile roof, and is two storeys and two windows wide. It has a 20th-century door on the ground floor left and 12-pane sashes to all openings. The interior of this house has not been inspected.
