Description

This cottage, located approximately 250 metres southwest of Newnham Hill Farmhouse, is likely from the early 18th century. It features a rendered exterior, probably over timber framing, and has an old plain-tile roof with brick stacks at both ends. The building is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. The central entrance is a plank door topped with a gabled hood. There are two-light wood casement windows on either side of the door, and two gabled dormers are present on the roof. The right return of the cottage displays timber framing. The interior has not been inspected.
