Description
No. 9 Merton Street is a building dating from around 1800. It is constructed of ashlar stone, with a rusticated ground floor. The building has three storeys and a cellar, featuring two windows that have sashes with glazing bars. On the first floor, there is a 19th-century canted oriel window, while the other windows are fitted with cast-iron grilles. The structure is topped with a moulded eaves cornice and has a tiled roof.
