Description

Nos. 1 and 2 North Place are a pair of 17th-century cottages. They are constructed of rubble stone with a Welsh slate roof, and have stone-based stacks with modern brick shafts. The south elevation features two gabled attic dormers. Each cottage has two windows, which are 5-light metal casement windows set within wooden frames and lintels. There are brick excrescences visible on the exterior.
