Description
The Law Centre at St Peter's College, originally listed as No 10A (Probate Registry), is a building from 1863 designed by C. Buckeridge. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and has two storeys with six bays. On the ground floor to the left, there are two pairs of round-headed windows with drip-moulds above, a rose window, and a three-light window. The entrance features a pointed arch doorway with flanking windows, and there is a plain window to the right. The building is topped with a gabled roof covered in red tiles.
