Description
No. 63 High Street is a late 18th-century house with a four-storey ashlar front and a rusticated ground floor that includes cellars. The building features decorative bands at the second and third floors, along with a moulded cornice at the eaves. On the ground floor, there is a three-light sash window with a segmental head set in a stone frame. Each floor has two keystoned sash windows with plain reveals, and there is an attractive iron balcony on the first floor. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a fanlight above. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the south side of High Street.
