Description

St John's College East Range is a Grade I listed building that began construction in 1539. It was left unfinished and roofless by 1546 and was completed around 1555, with a passageway featuring a fan vault added in 1633. The building has been partly refaced. At the north end, the President's Lodging contains early 17th century and 18th century panelling, fireplaces, and an early 17th century staircase. To the northwest of the President's Lodging is a 17th century building that has since been altered.
