Description

ST JOHN'S COLLEGE 1. 1485 Front Quadrangle East Range SP 5106 NW 5/525D 12.1.54. I 2. Begun 1539; it was unfinished and roofless in 1546 and completed circa 1555; the passageway with fan vault 1633. Has been partly refaced. Includes, at North end, President's Lodging, which contains early C17 and C18 panelling and fireplaces and early C17 staircase. To North-West of President's Lodging is a C17 building, since altered.
