Description

The Perch Inn is a 17th-century building that has undergone alterations and additions. It is two storeys high, constructed from plastered rubble with a thatched roof, and features rebuilt red brick stacks and casement windows. On the east side, there is a projecting three-sided bay on the first floor, which has sash windows and is topped with a tile pent roof. To the north-west, there is a later two-storeyed brick wing, likely built in the late 18th century, which has a Welsh slate roof.
