Description

Oak Cot is a restored 17th century, possibly earlier, framed cottage located on the south side of Swanton Road in West Peckham. The building features random stone construction with some red brick dressings around the windows. It has a hipped plain tiled roof with a catslide on the east side, which includes a dormer. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows with modern casements. The entrance is situated in the left-hand bay to the east.
