Description
The Former Blue Bell Public House is a building from the 18th century that features an elevation concealing an earlier framed structure. The ground floor is made of painted brick, while the first floor is tile-hung. It has a half-lipped plain tiled roof with a sloped stack and a small dormer. The building is two storeys high with a three-window front. On the first floor, there are three 19th-century casements. The ground floor has two 19th-century casements on the right and a 19th-century panelled door with a flat projecting hood on the left. To the right, there is a projecting tiled porch with a sliding casement and a recessed entrance. The building is L-shaped, with later wings added to the right and rear, and a lean-to addition at the left end.
