Description

The Rose Inn is an early 19th-century public house located on the north side of High Street in Sittingbourne. It is a three-storey building constructed of red brick, topped with an old tiled roof. The façade features two sash windows set within moulded architraves that have verticals only. The 19th-century pub front includes four pilasters, two doorcases with rectangular fanlights, and windows with Ipswich glazing. The building is listed for its group value with the adjacent properties, Nos 30 to 62 (even).
