Description

Forge Cottage is a house that was originally two cottages, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high on a plinth and has a plat band made of red and grey chequered brick. The roof is hipped with a central chimney stack. The windows are arranged regularly, with five wooden casements on the first floor and four on the ground floor, both having segmental heads. There is a boarded door to the right, which is topped by a flat hood.
