Description

Boddington is a 2-storey, 3-window house located on the south side of High Street in Otford, dating from the 18th century. It may have a timber-framed core that is of an earlier date. The house features a high-pitched tiled roof. The first floor is constructed of red brick with a pattern of blue headers and a band. The rest of the building is made of coursed rubble, with red brick quoins and dressings. The ground floor has 3-light casements, which are set under segmental brick arches, while the center window on the first floor is a single light. There is a modern central door.
