Description
The Village Lockup is a lock-up building dating from the late 18th century or 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain tile roof. The building is single storey and has a dentilled brick eaves cornice along with a pyramidal roof. There are no windows present. The front has a central door made of studded vertical boarding with diagonal boarded backing, secured by three long heavy hinges, and an iron judas that hinges towards the top. The interior has not been inspected.
